Cash on delivery (COD) lets customers pay in cash when they receive their order. It's great for local deliveries.
How to enable it
Go to Dashboard → Shop and scroll to the payment section. Toggle Cash on Delivery on.
When to use COD
- You deliver products yourself or use a local courier.
- Your customers prefer paying in cash.
- You're in an area where card payments aren't common.
Things to keep in mind
COD orders carry a risk of no-shows. Consider requiring a deposit or only offering COD for repeat customers.
