Here's what happens when a customer places an order in your shop.
1. Browse and add to cart
Customers browse your products and add items to their cart. The cart shows a running total.
2. Checkout
At checkout, customers enter their name, email, phone number, and delivery address. They choose a payment method and complete the purchase.
3. Confirmation
After paying, customers see a confirmation page with their order number. They also receive a confirmation email.
4. Tracking
Customers can track their order status using their order number and email address on your shop's order tracking page.
