How it works
Your shop has an order tracking page. Customers enter their order number and email address to see the current status of their order.
Where to find the tracking page
The tracking link is included in the order confirmation email. Customers can also find it in your shop's navigation.
What customers see
The tracking page shows the current order status (pending, processing, shipped, or delivered), along with the order details and items purchased.
