If you're already selling on WhatsApp Business, you don't have to add your products twice. Connect your WhatsApp catalog and we'll import everything you've already set up there.
Before you start
- You need a WhatsApp Business account (not a regular WhatsApp account) with products in your catalog
- You need access to the phone or computer where the WhatsApp Business account is logged in
Step 1 — Open the WhatsApp tab
Go to Dashboard → Import and switch to the WhatsApp tab.
Step 2 — Connect your WhatsApp Business account
Tap Connect. You'll be guided through linking your WhatsApp Business account so we can read your catalog. We only read products — we never read messages.
Step 3 — Choose which catalog to import
If you have more than one catalog, pick the one you want to import from. We'll show you a count of how many products it contains.
Step 4 — Review and import
You'll see all your WhatsApp catalog products in a list. Each shows:
- The catalog photo
- The product name
- The price you set on WhatsApp
- Your description
You can edit any product before saving — change the photo, adjust the price, pick a category — or skip products you don't want to import.
Step 5 — Save
Tap Save all. All selected products are added to your shop and immediately available to customers.
Important notes
- This is a one-time copy. After the import, your WhatsApp catalog and your shop are independent — changes in one don't sync to the other.
- Any photos uploaded to WhatsApp are copied to your shop's storage so they keep working even if you change your WhatsApp account.
- You can re-run the import later to add new WhatsApp products. Existing products won't be duplicated.
