If you already sell on another website, you don't have to type out each product from scratch. Paste the product's link and we'll pull in the details for you.
Step 1 — Open the product importer
Go to Dashboard → Import. Make sure the URL link tab is selected (it's the first tab).
Step 2 — Paste the product URL
Copy the link of the product page (from the customer-facing site, not the admin panel) and paste it into the URL field. Tap Fetch.
Within a few seconds, we'll show you a preview of what we found:
- Product title
- Price (and original price, if there's a discount)
- All product images
- Description
- Any sizes, colors, or other options listed on the page
Step 3 — Review and edit
Everything we fetched is shown in an editable form. You can:
- Change the title or description
- Adjust the price
- Remove photos you don't want
- Pick a category for the product
- Mark it as Featured or Sold out
Step 4 — Save the product
Tap Save. The product is now in your shop with all the details, ready for customers to buy.
If we already imported this product before
If you've previously imported the same product (even under a slightly different name), you'll see a notice telling you. This prevents accidental duplicates.
If the import doesn't work
Some websites block automated fetching, or the page might not be a recognised product page. In that case, try the Page source tab instead — open the product page in your browser, view its source (right-click → "View page source"), copy everything, and paste it into the page-source box. We'll parse the same fields from the raw HTML.
