If you have a list of products you want to add — say from a notebook, a spreadsheet, or several different websites — the Quick add tool can save you a lot of typing.
How it works
Go to Dashboard → Import and switch to the Quick add tab. You'll see a single text box where you can paste any combination of:
- Product names, one per line (e.g. "Red leather handbag", "Blue running shoes size 42")
- Product URLs from other websites
- A mix of both
What we do for each line
For each product name or URL you enter, we look up details, pictures, and a description. After a few seconds, you'll see all the products listed as expandable cards.
Edit before saving
Tap any card to expand it. You can:
- Adjust the name and description
- Set the price (and an optional original price for showing a discount)
- Remove photos that don't match
- Pick a category
- Add product options like sizes or colors
Save them all at once
When you're happy with the list, tap Save all. Every product is added to your shop in one step. You can also remove individual entries before saving if any look wrong.
Tips for better results
- Be specific. "Phone case" gives generic results — "iPhone 15 silicone phone case in black" gives much better matches.
- For very niche products, pasting a URL is more reliable than typing a name.
- You can always edit any product later from Dashboard → Products.
