You've added a product but it doesn't appear when you visit your shop as a customer. Here are the most common reasons.
1. The product is marked as Sold Out
Sold-out products are hidden from collection and category pages by default. Open the product in Dashboard → Products and check the Sold out toggle.
2. You're looking at a category page that doesn't include this product
If you set up a category like "Men" but assigned the product to "Women" (or to no category), it won't show under "Men". Check the product's category on the edit screen.
3. The product is in a sub-category but the parent is empty
Some themes don't auto-roll-up products from sub-categories to their parent. If "Clothing" looks empty but "Clothing → Shirts" has products, that's usually fine — customers will see them via the sub-category.
4. Browser caching
If you just added a product and it doesn't appear, your browser might be showing a cached version of the page. Refresh with Ctrl+F5 (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac), or open the shop in a private/incognito window.
5. You're viewing as logged-in seller
Your dashboard preview is the same as what customers see. Try opening your shop link in a different browser or in incognito mode to confirm.
6. No price set
Products with no price (or price set to 0) may be hidden depending on theme. Check that the price field has a value.
7. Search vs browse
If you're using the shop's search bar, it only finds products with words that match the title or description. The product may exist but not match your search terms — try browsing categories instead.
Still missing?
Open Dashboard → Products and confirm the product is in the list. If it's missing there, it never saved properly — re-add it. If it's in the list but you can't find it on your shop, take a screenshot of the product's edit page and contact our support.
