Your logo and favicon are how customers recognise your brand. Both are easy to add from your design page.
What's the difference?
- Logo — the larger image that appears at the top of your shop, usually with your shop name. Customers see it on every page.
- Favicon — the tiny image that shows in the browser tab next to your shop name. It also appears when customers bookmark your shop or save it to their phone home screen.
Step 1 — Open the design page
Go to Dashboard → Design and find the Logo & Branding section.
Step 2 — Upload your logo
Tap the logo upload area and pick an image from your device. For best results:
- Use a PNG with a transparent background
- Make it at least 400 pixels wide
- Keep the file under 2 MB
Step 3 — Choose where the logo sits
Use the Logo position toggle to choose between:
- Left — logo on the far left of the header (the most common look)
- Centred — logo in the middle of the header (more boutique-style)
Step 4 — Show or hide your store name and tagline
If your logo already includes your shop name as text, you might not want it shown again. Toggle Show store name off to hide it. Same for the tagline beneath.
Step 5 — Upload your favicon
Below the logo, you'll see a Favicon upload area. Use a square image (e.g. 256×256 pixels). A simplified version of your logo works well — full logos with text become unreadable at favicon size.
Step 6 — Save
Tap Save at the top of the page. Your changes go live immediately.
Don't have a logo yet?
That's fine. If you don't upload a logo, your shop name appears as text in the header instead. You can always add a logo later.
