Beyond your products, customers often want to read about your business — who you are, your shipping policy, your refund policy, frequently asked questions. Custom pages let you create any of these.
Step 1 — Open the pages section
Go to Dashboard → Pages.
Step 2 — Create a new page
Tap Add Page. Fill in:
- Title — what the page is about (e.g. "About us", "Shipping & Returns")
- URL slug — automatically generated from the title (e.g. "about-us"). You can edit it.
- Content — write or paste the body of the page using the editor. You can format text, add headings, links, and images.
Step 3 — Optional SEO settings
Under SEO, you can set a custom meta title and meta description for search engines. If you skip these, we use the page title and the first part of your content. Most sellers can leave these blank.
Step 4 — Publish or save as draft
Toggle Published on to make the page live. Toggle it off to keep it as a draft only you can see. This is useful for working on a page over several sessions before going live.
Step 5 — Save
Tap Save. Published pages live at yourshop.com/your-page-slug immediately.
Linking to your pages
Pages don't automatically appear in your menu — you'll want to add them yourself. See Building your shop menu for how to add a page to your header or footer menu.
Reordering pages
Drag the handle next to a page to change its order in the pages list. The order matters when you bulk-add pages to a menu.
Deleting pages
Deleting a page is permanent. Anyone with the old link will see a "page not found" message. If a page is just out of date, edit it instead.
Pages and your plan
The number of pages you can create depends on your plan. The current count and limit are shown at the top of the pages screen.
