You can download your orders as a CSV file (a spreadsheet) at any time. CSV files open in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, and any accounting software.
How to export
Go to Dashboard → Orders. Tap the more menu (three dots, top right of the page) and choose Export as CSV.
The file downloads to your device immediately. You can open it in any spreadsheet app.
What the export contains
Each row is one order, with columns for:
- Order number and date
- Customer name, email, and phone
- Items ordered (product names, quantities, sizes/colours)
- Order total and any discounts
- Payment method
- Order status
Exporting only some orders
The export respects whatever filter or search you have active. So if you've filtered to show only Completed orders this month, the CSV will only contain those. Use this to:
- Export one month at a time for monthly accounting
- Export a specific customer's orders by searching their name
- Export only Completed orders for tax records
Frequency
There's no limit on how often you can export. Many sellers export weekly or monthly as a backup, even if they don't use it for accounting.
