Every time someone places an order in your shop, they're automatically added to your customer list. Over time, this becomes a valuable record of who your buyers are.
Where to find it
Go to Dashboard → Customers.
What you'll see
At the top of the page, three stats:
- Customers — how many unique people have bought from you
- Orders — total orders across all customers
- Revenue — total amount earned from all customers
The customer list
Each customer is a card showing:
- Their name
- Their email and phone (if provided)
- Number of orders
- Total amount spent
- Date of their most recent order
Sorting puts your most valuable customers first by default.
Searching for a customer
Once you have a few customers, a search box appears. You can search by name or email — useful when a customer messages you and you want to check their order history quickly.
Contacting a customer
Tap any customer's card to see contact options:
- Email — opens your default email app with their address pre-filled
- WhatsApp — opens WhatsApp with their phone number, ready to message
This makes follow-ups effortless — say thank you for repeat orders, ask for a review, or alert top customers to a sale.
Customers are added automatically
You can't manually add a customer here. Customers appear after they place an order — including manually-logged orders. If you want to send a one-off email blast, export your orders as CSV (see that article) and use the email column.
Privacy
The customer list is private to your shop. No other seller on the platform can see it.
