Not all orders go through your shop's checkout. Sometimes a customer messages you on WhatsApp, calls you, or buys in person. You can log those orders manually so they show up alongside online orders in your sales reports.
Step 1 — Open the order log
Go to Dashboard → Orders. Tap the + floating button at the bottom right of the screen.
Step 2 — Add customer details
Enter the customer's name and phone number. Email is optional but recommended — it lets the customer access their order on the tracking page later if needed.
Step 3 — Add the products
You have two options:
- Pick from your catalog — search for the product and choose the size/colour if it has variations. Stock and price are filled in automatically.
- Enter an amount manually — useful for custom orders, services, or one-off items that aren't in your catalog. Just type a description and the price.
Step 4 — Add notes (optional)
Use the notes field for delivery instructions, payment method (e.g. "Paid by M-Pesa to 0712345678"), or anything else useful for your records.
Step 5 — Save
Tap Save. The order appears in your orders list with the status Completed. It's included in your daily sales totals and analytics from that moment on.
Manual orders vs shop orders
Manual orders look the same as online orders in every report. The only difference is the payment-method badge: you'll see Manual instead of Stripe/PayPal/M-Pesa, so you can tell them apart at a glance.
